How much weight would i loose in a week from free weights and using a rowing machine?
Now i am doing this healthy i aint starving myself to death or anything like that , but i have got a habit of checking the scales every day , which is bad i know because weight lost is easily weight gained.
1 hour a day on the rowing machine
20-30 minutes lifting free weights , 20kg i think.
fruit veg all added in etc...

It's all about calories consumed versus calories burned. Don't eat before bed.
