What's the best piece of excercise equipment I can buy...?
I'm moving into a small flat and so will have to ditch my home gym due to limited space. What I'd like to know if I was to buy one piece of euipment for all round fitness, what would it be? Excercise bike? Cross trainer? Rowing machine? Anything else?! (also, do Slendertone machines actually do anything?)
